Although the house is small, it has everything you would need for both shorter or longer stay. We stayed there before Christmas and the house was decorated, we had Christmas theme cups, slippers and bed linens. The host makes you feel very, very welcomed.

    Ērgļi is very nice place but weather was bad, I expected to have cold snowy winter not spring in January when booked accommodation. Not much to see when everything is gray and almost no snow left on skiing slopes. There is nice restaurant opened in old Ērgļi railway station, highly recommend.

    It's a small town that's booming.

    It's a small town that's booming. Locals are typical small town people - very friendly and communicative. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations and cafes. Located in hilly part of Latvia. Great location for a vacation.
