We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and stylish cabin. The place was beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The wood-burning stove added to the charm, making it feel extra cozy. The outdoor hot tub was a perfect touch, especially with the twinkling lights outside. We enjoyed incredibly romantic and relaxing evenings here. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We were self catering however had access to a communal kitchen if need or/and BBQ outside in the grounds - very clean place and excellent location. Lady who manages the hotel is very traditional and knowledgeable

Nothing to complain about. The building looks a bit dated from the outside but the flat is rather nice from the inside. Was surprised to see that there was a small convenience store next door. Can be reached by bus from Riga even though you need to change bus. Can do some nice walks from there

Everything was great! Quiet location in the middle of the nature. You can go swimming near the river. Everything was clean and cozy and the hot tub was perfect for the evening. Bed was very comfortable. Owner was very welcoming and friendly! Recommend highly!

This a totally last-minute booking on a drive up from Riga. I wish we'd had more time - fun area in the GuajasNational Park. And the breakfast was super! They opened 30 min earlier to accomdate our travel plans. Thanks!!

It's a very cozy house! The lodge is right on the edge of the forest, and it feels like you're sleeping right under the pine trees! Every evening, we had a hot bath right under the open sky, overlooking the stars!!! Antra, the hostess, is an amazing, warm, and hospitable person. She's an artist who creates various ceramic pieces, and they're everywhere - glasses, plates, and furniture! Everything is made with love and a big heart! I definitely want to return to this paradise! Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect. We arrived and everything was ready - air conditioner was on, water in the tub was already warm and ready for us to enjoy. The house had everything you need. The host even gave us welcoming sparkling wine. Also the host recommended the best chichen shashlyk we ever ate. All in all, it is the perfect place to relax. We will definetely came back in the future.

    Beautiful setting alongside a National park with lots of history things to see and walking the forest trails There are cafés/restaurants close by that will self you wonderful food and a very reasonable cost. If you appreciate the outdoors this is one for you 🙂

    Beautiful, picturesque place.

    Beautiful, picturesque place. Stunning nature, forest parks, nature trails. We visit the Lygatnes rocks and the Lygatnes nature trail. It is a pity that the tourist information center was not open. I was hoping that they would advise me on more attractions.

    It's like Latvian Twin Peaks.

    It's like Latvian Twin Peaks. Take your time to wander around, up and down, all these wooden pathways and roads. I especially like to walk in Līgatne during the dark hours. Very mystic and inspirational.

    Really kind and responsive hosts, tasty breakfast, quietness, located next to the pine forest. We stayed in Plavas Apartments and it was possible to sit outside on the patio and watch sunset. The hotel also has a cosy library with plenty of books, TV and a piano in it. Added value was an opportunity to try Tīklu parks attraction free of charge.

    A very cool hotel with a great vibe, installed in an old helmet factory, tasteful industrial design, comfortable rooms, quiet at night, good breakfast (several porridge and omlet options, etc), lots of things to explore around. We booked for one night, and stayed for another one and we will be back.

    Nice and very clean apartment in Ligatne. Newly renovated, has well equipped kitchen. We spent there one night in December. Check in was easy, just read instructions carefully to find the right apartment (the number may be not very visible at dark).
