It was very nice and cozy, hosts have thought about little details to make the stay as good as possible. There were toys for children as we were traveling with a child. Coffee, tea, drinking water was available. We enjoyed it fully. There is also a lake 2 min walk, perfect in hot weather.

Freshly renovated flat, clean and nice. Fresh flowers in a vase, potted plants, that add to cosiness. Beautiful lake nearby, easy drive to Kuldīga. After the storm there was a power shortage, but the host was very responsive. Had a very peaceful rest in this flat.

Spacious outside and inside sitting areas, pool and sauna were great, beds pretty comfy and the kitchen was properly stacked with everything you can possibly think of, including spices (we brought our own, expecting salt and pepper only). Lake is a few steps down from the property, where you can go for a swim or take a SUP, changing huts are right by the lake too. Location is great to visit waterfalls and Kuldiga itself, caves and, also, owner suggested ostrich and goats farm - which proven to be a great little hidden gem, young ladies serving and giving a tour were an absolute joy and the food at the restaurant on site was lovely too. Little minimarket is 2 min walk away from the property and has everything you might possibly need, from groceries, toileitries, drinks and eben coal for bbq. All in all - a great place at a great location and more than reasonably priced.

We had a lovely stay at Gothards Hotel while visiting family in Kuldiga. The room was perfect size for our family of three, two adults and one child. There was a crib available for our baby to sleep in. The room had heated floors and a very nice temperature, especially appriciated with a small child. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and utensils to make food and a big fridge and small freezer to keep bought food and drinks in. The whole place was clean and wellmaintained inside and out and staff was more than helpful, anytime we needed it. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for your hospitality, Gothards, we will see you again for sure.

The location is pretty close to the city center, the neighborhood is quiet. The building is old and picturesque, the apartment is in the attic. It was warm, cozy, felt like home and had everything we needed. Wi-fi worked fine.
