We had a very pleasant stay at this family run Kasbah. Run by a family with both European and local roots, it creates the perfect blend of Western and African influences. The food is very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're coming this way, I would definitely recommend it to stay at this Kasbah

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! Superb property in a great location . Enjoyed wandering around looking at the decor inside. Fantastic pool area and surrounding gardens. Rooms perfect. Staff very helpful and always available to assist.

The accommodation is simple & basic but comfortable enough. Really nice to have a balcony looking out over the plaza, & 2 pillows! Also, surprised to find the house keeper comes! The whole area around the huge plaza is so pretty in pink & has such a nice feel with families congregating there from early evening for the children's activities. You couldn't find nicer staff anywhere & the breakfast was probably the best we've had in Morocco - fresh juice, coffee, omelette, pancake & fresh baguette. I just loved the amlu (roasted spread not unlike peanut butter), it was the best ever! Never heard of it before but it's sensational, you have to go there to try it!
