The hospiality was excellent in particaulr Miss Zineb she was very very generous in accomodating my needs and she deserves more than 10 out of 10, As the customer relationship resopnsible she was very concerned to listen to my remarks although everything was perfect but she still insisted to learn more about how to improve the quality and hosbitality of the hotel overall.
