Thank you very much for the hospitality! I believe that human factor goes above all - facilities, location, purpose of stay. In this case we would like to say big thank you to two ladies working there, Grace (you are the best!) and Maria! Their guest oriented approach is on the top level! You not always meet such a kind of service in a 5 star hotel. We also appreciate Robby, the owner, who managed to fulfill a couple of our last minute requests! Thank you very much! On a separate note, the location and the atmosphere of the hotel is very comforting and relaxing. We live in Malta but had to stay in the hotel due to personal reasons, and really appreciated the ambience, especially after the working day.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good and there is enough choice of food. The pool and sauna are neat and have a nice atmosphere. The outdoor pool is nice to enjoy in the sun. Shivam was friendly and ready to help.

I never write review, and I just had to after staying here. The value for money was just truly amazing. The hotel was flawless. The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the cleaners were very on top of everything too. The room was very spacious. Bathroom was big as well. We added breakfast for our stay. It was lovely. Fruit, egg, yogurts, pancakes, waffles, pastries, cheese, meats, etc. I will say though, it's basically the same everyday. There were lots of options and it was fresh, but towards the end we were tired of the breakfast. The restaurant was lovely for lunch and dinner. The caesar salad was chefs kiss. The cocktails and drinks were also nice. We really liked the area of the hotel. We've never been to malta before, so when we walked into st.julians town center we were so glad we picked this hotel, because in the town center everything was so loud and chaotic. The hotel was a short walk away from all the chaos and we loved that.

The mansion itself was nice, the room was clean and tidy: it was equipped with an electric kettle and hair dryer; outside the room there was a small kind of kitchen with a microwave, an electric oven and toaster. The bedside wall is really thin (at least in the room we stayed in № 10) and some were quite loud, even after 11pm. The location is ok and it's 5 minutes away from the bus stop. There is a nice restaurant close by. For the duration of our trip (9 days) I think we only seen the manager 2 or 3 times, and the staff lady, Maria, who also serves breakfast can surely use a helper. And also having the same breakfast 9 days in a row ..... The property could improve on that. In the room there is an electric kettle and a hair dryer and in the hallway is an electric oven, microwave and a toaster. The bathroom window in our room was rusted and almost impossible to close. We were there at the end of April so it wasn't too cold.

Nice and peaceful area for stay and relax.

Nice and peaceful area for stay and relax. Bus stop is very close, 4min walking distance, Bird park and Salina Nature reserve with park. I would reccommend it to anyone who want to enjoy in quite residential area with access to bus station from where it can go to any part of island very fast.

The bird park is nice for a short trip.

The bird park is nice for a short trip. Otherwise, the beaches are rather stony, so it's advisable to bring water shoes. The water temperature is very pleasant. The Blue Lagoon is very beautiful, apart from the crowds, but they thin out once you're in the water. I wouldn't recommend a holiday there with children under 6.

Malta has a lot of traffic.

Malta has a lot of traffic. Getting from one part of the island to another is very stressful. The ideal is to stay close to the area of interest, e.g., Valletta, and then move closer to other destinations. Salina is located in the northern part of the island. It's good for visiting Mdina and going to Gozo, but less so for Valletta.
