Our stay at Palazzo Castagna Boutique hotel was an unparalleled experience. The serene room, outstanding staff, and exceptional food all combined to create a memorable stay. I had read several reviews mentioning the disturbance caused by nearby church bells. However, to our delightful surprise, this was not our experience at all. Even with the hotel's proximity to the church, our room remained a haven of peace and quiet. With the windows closed at night, we didn't hear a single bell, ensuring uninterrupted sleep and a serene atmosphere. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a destination in itself, one that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience. A well-deserved ten out of ten!

The staff including the hotel manager Alessandro took care of me with warmth, intelligence, and respect, even offering restaurant recommendations that far exceeded those that I researched myself. The hotel is nice and small, quiet and in a great location. The view from the pool area over the bay was just stunning. The breakfast was really nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable which I find very important. I also liked the carafe of fresh water in the room instead of bottled water.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and loved every minute of it as it felt like home away from home. When we arrived we were welcomed by the super friendly staff on the reception desk Mara who I can’t thank enough for her kind hospitality always making sure we are comfortable in our stay, furthermore I had a bit of a situation where I left my laptop adapter in the room when I checked out and only found out when I was at the airport, I reached out to the hotel when I found out and Mara thankfully managed to send it to me by a BOLT - she’s super star! The room itself was impressive; very spacious with large balcony. The bathroom had a bath and very good sized shower. The location is excellent nearby all the nice spots in Paceville. Would definitely return back again!
