Really good location, close to Le Morne beach and mountain. Lagonn Island with a beach is also very close. The west side of the island where you can watch the sunset. Very friendly and lovely hosts who prepared great tasty food. The owners of the house will treat you like their own.

We were staying at the hotel 2 nights. If we knew that we love it that much, we would choose to stay longer. From the check in moment you feel you are more than welcome here. All the staff members truly think of every detail you may need. We had breakfasts and dinners, which were so perfect, made of fresh products and served very nice. We have read some comments, that there are limited options of food, but this is boutique hotel with unique attitude, there only 11 chalets, and they can't offer buffet with unlimited products, which they will tbrow away later, it's wasteful. So it's more personal when you get what you want from the menu. And how cool is that option that your bed is made for you every evening? :) Oh, forgot to mention that chalet has the same entrance as the Chamarel park, so you enter it for free, just say that you are going to chalet (except sands, they are not included). But! Every time we entered the park we went to see waterfall :) Views are more than stunning, we have never seen more beautiful views than here. Thank you all for making our stay at Chalet unforgetible. Greetings from Latvia.

Very private property, super easy to disconnect from everything. The garden is great, lots of trees and plants, all creating a beautiful scenery. The chalet is very nice, super clean, the bed and the pillows are the most comfortable we have ever seen. We slept super well. The staff is very helpful and happy to help. The breakfast is diverse and delicious.

Tu beach is just amazing, the color of the water is impressive, in the public beach you have to possibility to see the see turtles. The place is a piece of paradise. Definitely worth to go and to spend some time there. I would recommend an hotel next to the le Morne beach most of the hotel do not have the possibility to eat or rent the sun bed just daily. Also I would recommend the experience of swimming with the dolphins that is offered almost everywhere.

Le Morne is a national park and an imposing background to several luxury hotels. We admired it from the beach only and did not attempt the climb. There is not much else to do in the area apart from relax at one of the hotels - unless you wind surf. We had a car and did not find much in the way of shops or restaurants. Best choose a nice hotel and go full board or all-inclusive.

We had an excellent stay at LUX Le Morne*. The service was attentive and professional, and the food consistently delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable – a pristine beach lined with palm trees and crystal-clear water perfect for snorkeling. The facilities are outstanding, with a fully equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and even a library where one can enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommended.

The moment we entered the apartment, we felt at home. You get a very nice view on the ocean, Le Morne and the Ile aux Benetiers and the host was very friendly, having a relaxed vibe. The apartment is close to a very good coffee shop and some nice restaurants and small shops as well. For only 1,000 MUR we rented a kajak and went to the Ile, which was a fun experience.

A must stay property in Mauritius. Amazing view over the famous le Morne, huge rooms with comfy beds. The vegetation , the flowers were waw . Beautiful pools, they have a big commune one and then other 5 or 6 for almost every building , so never crowded. The stuff is nice and helpful. Nice boutiques in the resort. We recommend!

The location is awesome to visit the Le Morne and Chamarel area as it's very close (10-20mins driving). Although it was a studio, the bedroom and bathroom were large, including a balcony. Supermarket 5mins driving from the apartment.Definitely you need car to move around.
