Nice bright, modern and clean room with everything you need for your stay. Provided coffee in the room, beach towels, shampoo etc. Very comfortable. Location was great- right near the jetty and our favorite restaurant- Tandoori flames. We booked the ferry to Maafushi through them and they met us at the ferry jetty and brought our suitcases for us. Also on the return they brought our suitcases to the terminal. Nice varied breakfast each morning. Staff were lovely!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tiger. Tiger welcomed us at the speedboat pier and walked with us to the hotel. This is very important for us as this is our first time to go to the island. Also, we were so happy that we did not need to carry our luggage from the pier to the hotel. The hotel staff delivered our luggage from the speedboat pier directly to our room. Tiger is very knowledgeable, and he handles everything. We really want to thank for his help. Big room, good breakfast. Step to beach. Overall, we are so glad to stay in Kanni Grand Seaview for our holiday.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We are really glad that we made this choice of choosing Arena Beach Hotel. We had a really pleasant stay here, and beside the nice room and wonderful excursions, the highlight is the friendly staff who are always eager to help, especially this lady Deepshika at the front desk, who went out her way to help us deal with the changes we had to make. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, with staff always being friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival. They thoughtfully picked us up from the jetty, making our transition to the hotel seamless. Maafushi was a big island.

Maafushi was a big island. I didn't like it because it was all under construction. It was a big construction site. Very big buildings which ruined the whole image of a small exotic island. I didn't feel like I was in the Maldives and it didn't offer me what I imagined. In general, be careful of buyers, they will try to exploit you and sell you expensively.

There are plenty of water activities and options to choose from. The people are very friendly, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. The only downside is that evenings are very quiet, with limited nightlife or entertainment.

Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

Beach was very good.

Beach was very good. There are many places in this world to visit which is very comfortable regarding expense, travel and stay. In Mafushi everything including food, trip, hotel stay is unnecessarily expensive. I think its expensive more in the world. Green Tax is somehow sky high. 6 dollar per person per day other than usual tax and room rent. During journey by speed boat gambling is common here. Oreedo Network is another gambler starts with 40 dollar for 10 days for the tourists. Impossible expense. But cannot run your streamline, any you tube video in mafushi. Only text and call. I would recommend rather Phuket, Thailand. I would further recommend Langkawi, Malaysia.

Great spot for getting to know the other side of the...

Great spot for getting to know the other side of the Maldives. We stayed in Maafushi for 5 nights as part of a 10 day trip to the Maldives and took the opportunity to do various boat trips. Bikini beach is lovely, warm waters and pretty chilled. Food was ok in general, but we weren't really looking for anything fancy. We went one evening to the bar boat (we were hoping to catch the sunset, but it was closed until 7pm due to Ramadan) and it was an interesting experience.

Best Accomodative Reception manager who always ready to help their guests and very much welcoming i stayed in 5 hotels in Maafushi i found best treatment by Taniya in all hotels. Just bother her with anything she will get it resolved.Because of good service i stayed back again to this property and again i was mesmerized with the stay here. Fantastic staff, Cleaning staff is also helpful.

I had dinner every evening there, and even though I have gluten intolerance, everyone was attentive and did their best to accommodate me, especially the kitchen's manager. He listened to my requests and did his absolute best! If i could, I would stay there again! His food was amazingly delicious! Thank you for making my time there relaxing and effortless!

Nice hotel with very at tentative staff. The Christmas Eve dinner on the beach was fabulous. I've never seen so many staff work so hard in preparation. Very comfortable hotel, in a perfect location on the island.
