Great for family vacation, make sure to do the tour to Chichen Itza, Centoes and Valladolid. You can book this tour beforehand on bookings.com but also take note that an additional 765MXN per person is required to visit the historical sites. Your total spend will end up being around 100usd per person but its so worth it! Other than that, getting around is relatively easy, we stayed in the Zona Hotelera so many things were accessible via bus.

I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place. We spent a week and visited everything planned: Chechen Itza, amusement park, Carmen beach and Isla de Mujeres. People are nice and the only problem is a weather with sometimes unexpected rains (so be ready to have plan B). Also driving differs from what I used to (be careful on the road)

The beaches are amazing.

The beaches are amazing. We stayed at the resort but there were many additional excursions available. However, the pricing of most of the extra activities add up especially if travelling with a family.

Beachscape Kin Ha upgardted its rooms and it really helps.

Beachscape Kin Ha upgardted its rooms and it really helps. Yet they did not hike its prices. Its staff continued excellent services. We would recomend it to our friends. A little probelm: light in the room was a weak point. When we entered the room, there was only 1 out 3 light was working. Its electrician fixed them, but one broke down again.

Cancun is big so you need to know here you want to visit. We tried to visit different locations. And had great experiences with my husband and kids. My kids loved the beaches. The water from the ocean was warm. And a lot of nice sea shells. Overall is a great experience.

Cancun itself was a wonderful destination.

Cancun itself was a wonderful destination. The beaches were stunning—clean, bright, and perfect for relaxing or exploring. Everywhere we went, the customer service was excellent, and we felt secure at all times during our stay. Prices were fair and actually a little lower than what you’ll find in many other tourist spots. If you love the beach and want a beautiful place to unwind, Cancun is definitely worth visiting.

this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, staff and everyone we met were so helpful and friendly. We had an amazing room, with all amenities we needed and even given a late check out free of charge. I would recommend everyone to book here if staying in cancun if you want a quiet hotel, close to shopping and close to the airport for those catching flights

A gorgeous little boutique hotel in a quiet road, with easy access to the Zone Hotelera. James, Ana and their lovely staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool is beautiful and a great place to cool down and relax. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a pretty and authentic Mexican feel. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Cancun.

I think the hotel has one of the cleanest and nicest beach area out of all other hotels in Cancun. The rooms are ok, a tad dated. The food was diverse and good for an all inclusive resort. It's also only a 20 mins car ride from the airport.
