Brie, lovely and helpful lady. She gave us a lovely guided tour upon arrival. The huts are absolutely beautiful and unique. Beds were super comfy and the shower was just magical.

We had the most amazing stay here! Valentin and his mother have built a truly magical space within the jungle, only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum. I truly recommend this place to anyone who embraces and connects with nature. It is truly special here, and not to mention the incredible food and hospitality provided by Valentin.

Upon arrival at this accommodation, we were very surprised. We can say that this accommodation was our best after our trip to Mexico. All three houses and the surroundings were beautiful, built in Jungle style, but at the 5* level. Everything was precisely built and everything was functional (no defects). We also appreciate the outdoor kitchen, clean pool and bath under the stars. The entire resort is in the jungle about 500 meters from the main road. The access road is worse, but you can drive slowly by car. It is also 500 meters to the village. You can buy absolutely everything in the village and at great prices. There are also great restaurants. We have to thank Bree for the very good breakfasts and for everything she did for us. This accommodation left a strong beautiful memory in us. Definitely recommend

The staff: Roberto and Mirivi were wonderfull. The view from the appartement was magical. You can walk around and see monkeys and in the evening enjoy diner made by the hosts.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations, but what stood out the most was the amazing team. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the person leading the Temazcal ceremony – it was an unforgettable experience! This hotel is AMAZIN! I can not be more happy about our decision to stay there, first we thought we will stay for a night but ended up staying 5 nights! The owner Fernando was just simply perfect, he created an oasis in the middle of busy city, such a good vibe, felt like being home just with good weather! Breakfats were fantastic, every morning they had 3 options, we aleays ordered avocado toast and hotcakes, 2 americanos and fresh orange juice, portions were enough to be full for half a day. Pool was amazing. Music was amazing. Rooms and bed were amazing. They have some old but still usable becycles to use for free which made us feel a bit more like locals here, just amazing! At the time we stayed, a tiny kitten wondered in, as I love cats thats was a big bonus haha sad that i couldnt take him home with us. As we had to leave early, Fernando suggested to make us breakfasts earlier and give is a lift to the bus station, I mean it cant get any better! Oh and, they do Tarmazcal sauna ritual, which even to watch from aside was wonderful, my husband was very happy he had an oportunity to try it. To sum up, this whole Tulum Botanica hotel was like a cherry on top on our 2 weeks honeymoon in Mexico. If I ever be back to Tulum, I know where i will want to stay, thanks for everything guys!
