The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Beautiful Lots to see - dont miss the Amparo. Artisan market is so-so but Amparo store has a couple of really good things and there are other markets. We didnt have time but there are places outside the centre to see including Alcala Henares. The Mole is as good as they say. Taqueria La Oriental is the best place for the mole. La Capilla del Rosario is a must

The historical center is lively, large and really a delight to walk around. Every street throws up a photo. Well priced shops and restaurants, plenty of very well-kept landmarks. Wasn't expecting to like this city - but I did. Will go back.

We love the Biblioteca Palafoxiana and the Amparo Museum. We should have brought more cash as most places do not accept credit cards. This is a very safe walking city with a lively weekend night life. It is at elevation, so staying hydrated is very important.

Puebla City and Puebla State are great places to get to know...

Puebla City and Puebla State are great places to get to know the real Mexico, with both urban and rural surroundings. There is a lot of colonial history to be discovered in Puebla City, and some of the smaller towns are very charming, like Atlixco and Cuetzalan. Best places to visit are the public markets and public squares.

The people off Puebla are so friendly and welcoming, there is plenty to do and see. It is also really cheap to eat and drink. You can walk to the majority of places but public transport is cheap and frequent.

Puebla has lots of attractions including underground...

Puebla has lots of attractions including underground historic war tunnels, beautiful churches and streets, fantastic mountain view and the worlds largest pyramid (measured in footprint) nearby. Worth seeing, beautiful church on the peak and less beautiful reason why it is there. Very nice to walk in Puebla - and lots of activity in the streets. The city has two main long distance bus stations. Not sure, but the oldest one might have best connection to local buses. Lots of local buses and takes some to understand where they go. Also 3 (?) fast lane buses.

It's a beautiful hotel and we had a nice balcony room. The attention to detail was impeccable and the staff always courteous and kind. They did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Very clean room and the house keeper went out of her way to make the room look the best. Spacious room, huge comfortable bed, great hot water pressure, clean towels. Always provided us with a bottle of water each. Hotel is located around 7minsc walk from zocalo. Always someone at reception. We felt really welcomed and safe here.

All beds had curtains which I find amazing to assure privacy. Bed was comfy and the duvet was cozy. All staff was very kind. I needed medical health and the staff helped to find a doctor nearby. The hostel was really close to Puebla downtown and the walking was always great.
