The rooms are super clean and spacious enough. The hot water in the shower was the best we had throughout our travel time in Mexico. The hotel staff was extremely attentive, helping us with high quality day trips and taxi bookings. Amazing value for money.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Taller de Juan. The location is ideal and walkable to some of the best parts of San Cristobal, and the facilities were stunning. The interiors, art, decor, and bonus record player in our room really helped us have a wonderful place to relax in-between our daily explorations. The hotel and staff also helped us arrange transport and private tours around the surrounding area - we had a really moving day learning about the surrounding towns, culture, crafts, and food. Chiapas has so much to explore and I hope to return to San Cristobal and stay again at Taller de Juan

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist, consistently going the extra mile for guests. Location-wise, La Estancia is incredibly well-situated. It's a 3-minute walk from the vibrant pedestrian section, the lively town square, and countless trendy restaurants, this hotel ensures you're at the heart of everything San Cristobal has to offer. The hotel's restaurant is also a delightful experience for those passionate about good food. As someone who works remotely, the hotel's reliable and high-speed WiFi never failed and ensured seamless online work sessions. Lovers of culture and history will be excited to discover that both Santo Domingo Church and La Merced Church are just around the corner. Moreover, the closeness to Central Plaza & Park further enhances the appeal of staying here. In all my years traveling I have never encountered as good a service as we got at Hotel Casa de Gandhi. An example could be, that we told them about our perfume allergies in the last minute and they responded and executed and adjusted to it immediately. Another example is that one of us was food poisoned from a local restaurant and again they were a big help. All of the standard things like cleaning and bed standards were in the absolute top and it was the most charming of places. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the **exceptionally kind and accommodating staff**. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored estate home, converted with great care to create a **lovely and cozy atmosphere**. We appreciated the **drinking water available on tap**, which added a nice touch of convenience. The **raindrop shower** was another highlight, featuring excellent water pressure and unlimited hot water—perfect for a relaxing start to our day. Speaking of mornings, the **breakfast at the hotel restaurant** was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options that fueled our adventures in San Cristóbal. Overall, the combination of the staff's warmth and the hotel's charm made our visit special, and we will certainly return on our next trip! Having NFL RedZone was a huge bonus for me during American football season.
