Such a helpful and warm welcome on arrival and also every time we passed the desk- better than other more expensive properties we stayed at. The room was perfect for what we needed and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen and being able to watch Netflix. The only thing I'd mention was that as two people With big bags- there wasn't a lot of space for bags! Can't fault anything else. Would absolutely recommend or visit again.

I would like to share my review of Hotel El Ganzo, as there aren't any reviews that accurately depict what you can expect when you visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and assisted by Rosendo, who kindly showed us around and helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff, Paola and Braulio, and their team were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It's difficult to find words that adequately describe this hotel—it truly is one of a kind. The music, art, staff, and food all contributed to making this place feel like a paradise. The dining experience was outstanding across all of the restaurants. The breakfast at El Restaurant was particularly memorable, with fresh and delicious food. The staff, especially Sarai, always made sure that our dining experience and overall stay were exceptional. One of the highlights of Hotel El Ganzo is its rooftop, which offers an incredible view of the ocean. The staff there, including Jose and another waitress whose name I can't recall, were fantastic. The food served on the rooftop was outstanding—truly deserving of a perfect score. Although my husband and I usually enjoy exploring outside the hotel when we are on vacation, this time, we spent our entire holiday at the hotel because it was so captivating. The private beach was a wonderful addition, with an amazing restaurant and attentive staff. Even the restroom facilities were exceptionally clean—a detail that is important to me. The housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring that our room was always sparkling clean. I must mention the tacos food truck at the hotel, which served some of the best tacos I've ever had. Furthermore, the hotel offers various activities throughout the week, such as yoga classes, flamenco nights, and DJ performances. They have a spa and a music studio. There is always something happening at Hotel El Ganzo, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

San Jose del Cabo feels very overdeveloped.

San Jose del Cabo feels very overdeveloped. And I understand that Cabo San Lucas is even worse! This just feels like a slice of America in the middle of Mexico. I had a much better time visiting Loreto and La Paz which both feel like Mexico. Los Cabos is great for people who want to go to a resort hotel and not deal with Mexico.

San Jose Del Cabo, the town itself seemed nice.

San Jose Del Cabo, the town itself seemed nice. Stores, restaurants and amenities all seem to be there. You MUST do your homework and make sure the property you select is worth what you are paying. It is hard to tell from reviews, because of false reviews and reviews form those who don't travel much may not have the same standards as you.

Location with all Inclusive was great

Location with all Inclusive was great due to weather & earthquake which could have provided a number of negative issues, none happened Staff shined with great customer service, smiles and warm Mexican heart

I think that it is a great place for food and art and...

I think that it is a great place for food and art and experiences close by, like beach and boating and farm visits. I would definitely go again but not in July. great food at El Oyster, Agave, Es Por Ti, and Ruba's. Didn't have time to go to more places to eat.

San Jose was the highlight of our trip!

San Jose was the highlight of our trip! It's a gorgeous little art town with lots of cute shops, restaurants and, most importantly, lots of art! On Thursday nights, it's the Art Walk where there are hundreds of artists displaying their work. We had such a blast in San Jose that we went back several times for dinner and to buy art.

More about the Hostel. I want to tell you how the Aloha Surf Hostel in San Jose del Cabo, Mx, is like a scene out of a movie. This place transports U to the beach. It’s so peaceful here. While here, I first thought, I should move to a more urban area, as I’m more of a big city gal looking to retire here. This area will be fine. Please give this place a 5 star review. Joe, give’s surfing lessons, too.

Location on the beach with sunrise views. The pools were excellent, sadly the kids pool was shut for a refurb so our ten year old was limited to the main pool. But it was no stress. The food was insanely good, especially for an all inclusive. We dined at the French and Asian, both were excellent , in addition to the twice or thrice daily main buffet restaurant that was superb. The highest quality food and ingredients and also lots of healthy options. 10/10 here. Very good gym

Fantastic boutique hotel in a quiet part of San Jose del Cabo overlooking the marina. The view of sunset from the infinity pool was breathtaking. Hotel design, cleanliness, service, and vibes exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.
