The staffs were super friendly and polite. Greeted us with smile and kind gesture. From front desk and to the dining hall staffs, all were friendly and helpful. The kids play room is especially great. Our kid stays there for a good chunk of 2 hours at least. Other facilities and amenities are also great 👍 All in all, enjoyed our stay so much!

Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.
