Everything. Can fit up to 20 person since the host provide ample matress. There is basic need in kitchen but no sugar, salt or tea bags. They do have washer dryer, shampoo and other basic needs. All rooms provide air conditioner. The pool have good water hygiene systems

The location was really near UTP which was a plus point apart from being very near to various restaurants and a supermarket (walking distance). They provide full AC whole house, some basic tea, coffee and mineral water, and a Netflix account (another plus point). Overall with the price you're paying compared to the facilities and location I think it's well worth spending. Definitely will stay again when we visit our daughter at UTP.
