The host is really helpful. They made sure to contact us one day before to instruct how to get to the apartment, the process in getting the key of the property. The location is near to the Penang bridge and town. Not too busy area. The property is cozy, free Netflix and free parking. Would recommend to stay here next time.

Probably the only place we stayed at in Malaysia that felt like a real hotel. The staff had immaculate manners and even prepared our early breakfast to take away at 5:30am due to our early flight. I didn't try their restaurants but I strongly recommend taking a little walk outside (if you can brave the traffic whizzing by you on narrow roads) and trying the local cuisine there. It was probably the best food we had on our trip to Malaysia! There is also an excellent Chinese place behind the restaurant - try the crab or the shrimp there and you'll be blown away.

The hotel is brand new as it opened only a few months ago and some facilities were not perfectly functioning yet. However, the hotel is truly magnificent, with spacious and comfortable rooms, an amazing rooftop pool area, exceptional cleanliness standards and the kindest staff I ever met in a hotel. It will be definitely be my choice should I return to Penang again in future. Highly recommended!
