We were looking “different” and it couldn’t have been better. We loved the view, the little independent house, the cosy place, the closeness to swimming pool and restaurant but above all the unbeatable service. The stuff was amazing all the way. Very professional and didn’t feel like customer / business relationship but guest / friend. Thanks Farhan for everything- your advices were gold and made our stay unforgettable. the whole villa is very nature, you can see the buffalo eating grasses in front of you, watching how excellent a duck can swim, listen to insects' chorus. (It might not be suitable for those people do not like nature due to cleanliness is unable to reach hotel level) The team is very friendly and also recommending us any events to join (eg Sand Bar Walk that happening once a year), and also restaurant to try out. The second photo is your view from living room when you are having breakfast, the view is after harvesting paddy.

I was blown away by how hands on the owner/ manager was. She whatsapped me from the time booking was made and kept in contact throughout our very short stay even though she herself was away on holiday. The lady who checked us in at 10pm was very kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before she left.

The hotel is great and offers excellent value for money. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the decor and furnishings are not the newest, they are still in good condition and maintain a cozy atmosphere. The pool is large and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. However, some of them didn’t have mattresses, which made lounging a bit less comfortable. The location is convenient, even if you’re relying on a car that’s not in the best condition. Everything essential for a relaxing stay is available at the hotel. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with good service. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Its just a great vacation here.. the staff is so friendly and the place was just too great.. i wish they have a lift so that customer can bring up their stuff easily.. overall very satisfied and if have a chance will come again to this beautiful place..

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, offering tranquility and peace away from the hustle and bustle. The views are breathtaking, truly a feast for the eyes. But what made our experience truly special were the people – they welcomed us like royalty! The interior of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, there was a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We will definitely be returning!

Didn’t like anything about this apartment. It was like a ghost hotel. Mouldy, bathroom disgusting, rat droppings in staircase, dripping in bathroom from faulty plumbing, staff unhelpful. It was revolting and shouldn’t be on your website.
