Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

    Kuala Lumpur is an exciting, vibrant and modern city and well worth the visit. But this is a note of caution.... Everyone uses Grab to get around - and it's so easy. DO NOT BOOK A TAXI OR A SHUTTLE AT THE AIRPORT! And definitely DO NOT BOOK THE RETURN TRIP AT THE SAME TIME!!!! This is a known scam. We paid MYR230 each way to Bukit Bintang whereas a Grab is under MYR100. Our return taxi never showed up at the hotel. And after waiting 45 minutes, we had no choice but to book a Grab. Thank you to the hotel staff for helping us. Our Grab showed up in 30 seconds! And he got us to the airport in 40 minutes which must be a record, and not quite legal. Thank you Samir! So, use Grab - anyone with a mobile in KL will have the app - and will call one for you. Hope this saves you being ripped off.

    we spent 2 day in kl, Batu caves , Veer hanuman temple in morning check in Sky suites rest for 2 hours evening went to 2 more temple then night view of Twin tower back to sky suites rest well at night next day check out and went to court vinayar temple, , kl tower and istana negara and back to singapore

    The cleanliness in KL is outstanding. We feel safe walking around the city. The city is well built with modern architecture. The multi cultural country displays all the different and colorful cultural backgrounds and activities makes Malaysia a fun and educational place to visit.

    A city worth the visit, lovely people, modern facilities, clean roads, can be traffic at peak hours, food is great and whole KL vibe is supper cool. if you have not been to KL yet you are on the losing side, just go and see what a amazing place it is.

    I love the less traffic, slow living style and off course the Malay Food in Petaling; Nasi Kandar. It's easy to go here and there, Grab is easy. I respect Malay people for their love to their own Proton Cars, Respect for that. Train to Penang and everywhere requires capacity increase

    Excellent stay, I booked 2 days before my trip - I requested for interconnecting rooms by booking 1 king bed and 2 queen beds rooms in order to get the interconnecting room. The beds are huge and the pillows were really comfortable. We were also given level 24 rooms which has great views! My family of 2A 3C had a good night sleep in the spacious. Hotel is located next to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral rapid. The breakfast spread was good and I like the Teh Tarik. The staff are very polite and always smiling. We will definitely return.

    It is a cute little room which is very clean. So is the hotel. Staff was also very friendly. The room had towels, brushes, water, shampoo, hair dryer which is important every traveler. Plus they had a dispenser to refill water as well. Location is also very convenient. It’s in walking distance to Jalan Alor, Petaling Street, KLCC, Bukit Bintang which are the main attractions. It’s located in the city centre within 2-3km from the kl sentral.
