The staff were so lovely and helpful, they really made our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk from the main area, while still being nice and quiet. The pool setting is gorgeous, and it was lovely to have a cocktail by the pool.

It was an amazing stay with smooth check-in, a spacious ocean-view room, and thoughtful honeymoon touches like a cake and roses. Breakfast was delicious but could include more Arabic dishes. The staff were friendly, and the spa was exceptional. A perfect place for relaxation—I can’t wait to return!

Hotel location is in a great place, surrounded by forests and provides fantastic sea view from our villa ( I was upgraded to a sea view villa - so much surprising even though I am a long-time and loyal Mariott/Ritz fan - thank you so much Brena ! Everything in this hotel was amazing - a territory is green and clean, breakfast is invariably rich and tasty, beach is not the best in Asia but good, villa was clean. Service is exceptional, attention to the details and treating the hotel guests as if they are a long time friends - it was so heartwarming and special. During our stay on villa, we were unexpectedly visited by a group of dusky leaf monkeys - shy, cute and delicate creatures - we were so happy to be able to watch them so close… Overall, we felt so close to the nature and frankly, Malaysia is certainly became one of my favorite… We loved our stay and we certainly will come back. Thank you Brena and team - you are truly special :)

What a hidden gem! This boutique house really exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing—staff were super kind and helpful. The bathroom was huge, clean, and came stocked with everything from shampoo to snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. I loved the free welcome drink when I arrived, and they even offer free cocktails in the evening. The vibe is super chill—there’s a terrace where you can relax with a drink, and downstairs there’s a bar and restaurant that made going out effortless.

Close to airport. Nice pool, manager at the pool bar was amazing. She took so good care of me. Breakfast has many choices, service is excellent. They offer free transfer to/from airport even it’s close to hotel was still comfortable to be in the car .
