Clean, elegant, comfortable and so convenient. Staff are professional and you get an access to their lounge with the room booking. The lounge is clean and the food is yummy and it was such an experience. I highly recommend that if you have a long connection to certainly book. The only downside to it is that it's expensive. New hotel. Everything is fresh. They do spray perfume though so If u don't like that you should tell them to not spray your room when u book it. Loads of good restaurants outside. We ate 3 times on the Bistro on the corner.

Pros - Kota Warisan is a Great location with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and stores. Close to the KLIA train station and an easy place to get Grab Taxis. Cons- The area needs a clean-up. Rubbish everywhere and generally untidy outside.

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

This hotel is another excellent choice for those looking for a short time stay during transit. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Will definitely stay again during my next travel.

Good for price very clean n comfortable.

Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

The hotel location is 15 minute away from the airport. The room amenities is complete and spacious. There is a alot of eateries around the hotel and convenient stores. The hotel has shuttle service to the airport which is really a game changer and added convenience. If you want to sleep comfortably, do choose this hotel as your option rather than sleeping in the tiny capsule hotel in the airport. The price difference is justifiable if you prioritize comfort.

Absolutely one of the best airport hotels we have stayed in. Offering little shuttle transfers from airport to hotel (however is an easy 200 metre walk). Provided us with adjoining rooms, ideal for families. Great pool to swim in after a long flight. The breakfast was the best we had in Malaysia. Lovely, friendly staff.

If you are ok with noice and can sleep even got noice. This is a good choice. With a good locations , no need to much travel during transit. The price is ok compared to the sama sama hotel for a business traveller.
