We had an amazing stay at Four Seasons Langkawi, very good facilities for kids and family, quality food and the service was impeccable. I had a few work related video calls during our stay and I want to especially thank Rooms Director Michael Casey, who was extremely helpful in providing his immediate support to ensure that everything went absolutely smoothly. I also want to thank our waiter, Cody, who helped to make our stay unforgettable. We will return for sure.

Very quiet place with private beach. Some wrote that impossible to swim. That's right, just in front of the resort at low tide there are stones but only 100 meters to the right and there is a very long deserted sandy beach many kilometers long. There are only 6 numbers in the resort, few people, birds sing in the morning. For lovers of silence and walks along the beach is a great place. There are two free bikes, although old but it's nice that you can take they. There is also a rental of a scooter, we took it for a day to go to the sky bridge and to see the island, it cost 45 ringit. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is a cooler where you can refill your bottle with water. They also use separate garbage collection, which is nice. The staff is friendly.

For the price you pay, the accommodation is great! Both the guesthouse and the area nearby were super quiet, which is exactly what I wanted after spending a long time at hectic Pantai Cenang. Checking in was quick and easy, the host sent me a message when the room was ready so I was available to check in early. You get two bottles of mineral water everyday which was so nice, there's not many places around to buy water. 5-10min walk from Tanjung Rhu beach, where you can rent sunbeds and swim.

Beautiful beach and mangroves. We did hte Mangrove ride and island hopping. Not easy to get around, its remote and on the northern most tip of the island, should have own vehicle. Not many restaurants around the area, only resorts.

Great beach, not to many people, good to watch the sunset. But lots of it is privat and your only allowed to walk along the shore in these parts, which is kinda sad and stupid as you wouldnt disturb anyone by staying there. but the public places are great too so not too much of a let down.

Its a sleepy place, not a party zone like pantai cenang. Its a place to connect with nature and rest, just afew food places nearby, all of which are good, lovely spot for sunset watching. Perfect stay at eagle eye, romantic stay with my boyfriend. Very nice place to relax and spend time in nature.

THIS BEING MY THIRD TRIP TO TG RHU. THE PRIVACY AND QUIETNESS - BEST THING ABOUT THE RESORT. STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. TOOK THE FAMIY SUITE WHICH COULD ACCOMODATE THE 4 OF US COMFORTABLY. IF THERE IS ANYTHING, I FEEL THE ROOMS NEED A LITTLE REFURBISHMENT AS THEY LOOKED AGED.

This is Kedah boonies. Lovely, but... basic. The image above is of some outcrop rocks which, with islands, are visitable by tour boat. Bear in mind a lot of the area is anyway national protected forests. The views and beaches are lovely but sanitation makes swimming questionable. Maybe better up the 4* hotel end if the currents are favourable. Not a huge amount to do but that is part of the charm. Of course plenty of tour$ around if not seeking quiet. We got our wildlife fixes just walking from our hut along the beach SW or along the road to the town, which is admittedly single horse at best. But has its charm. A few street restaurants serving muslim/Thai food and prata. Plus a couple of stores. If Chinese, possibly with beer in the fridge. Car rental looks around 60M$ a day which is not bad, but caveat emptor. Or scooters, but caveat insurance disclaimers. The drivers there seem pretty chill though. Hard to see it as the best for teens, but kids may like it if there's a pool. Lots of wildlife, often noisy, everywhere. Monitor lizards, toucans...

Staff were laid back and did not respond quickly to our requests.If a safe is opened by your technician he should remove the contents and bring it to reception to verify who it belongs to. He cannot assume that it belongs to the present client as it could belong to the previous client as was the case with my friends stolen bag with passports and cash.This is unacceptable for a resort which claims it is 5 star.Stay away from Tanjung rhu.

It was a lovely quiet location. We booked a cottage that looked out directly on the beach. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They have water filters around the hotel, which was a bonus, and there are a couple of shops at the end of the lane. There's a restaurant close by that's open afternoons and evenings.

I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world and this hotel is hands down the best hotel I have the pleasure to stay. It’s set in a beautiful serene location the proprietor and the staff are amazing. You will feel like part of the family. If you want a luxurious and relaxing break this is the place. 10 out of 10. I will go back to Langkawi just to stay here again.

The location near Tanjung Rhu is great. If you go by scooter, it's only 10 mins away. The beach is quiet and clean and beautiful. The garden of the location has many different birds and the restaurant at the beach is amazing and very cheap.

Loved everything! Great breakfast with lots of fresh juices and fruits. Kayaking to the close by island is a much if you are able (~30min each way). Room is super comfortable and the whole hotel gives you a spa feeling
