This is truly a bucket list stay and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The resident rhinos and animals were visible from your room and the lodge. The staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. The room was excellent, unique, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and food was delicious and we enjoyed all of our meals here. You absolutely must book this place.

Everything! Location, location, location - it’s not far from Sossusvlei and only a fraction of the cost of staying inside the park. We had a problem with our rental car and they put us up another night, no problem at all. Special mention to the manager, Martiens. He kept us company all day while our car was getting fixed and took us up the hills to view the sunset each night as it sets over the golden grass. Do yourself a favour and stay here, the grounds are beautiful, the staff so helpful and friendly. It was a real highlight in our time in Namibia.

Everything. The staff, the rooms, the location, the pool, the breakfast. I stayed in one of the newer rooms and they're so clean and spacious. The view in the morning and evening is spectacular across the desert. I was here for the night and left for sossusvlei in the morning at 6 and there were loads of people leaving at the same time so it made the drive easier being alongside a few cars in the pitch black
