The hotel is in a nice quiet location and the room was comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and provide useful advice and help on how to get around. My flight was delayed as such I arrived at the hotel almost midnight . The staff and the manager on duty upgraded me to another room which was available . The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly . Problems were quickly attended . I want to give a big thank you to the staff who dealt with the bathroom issue and the hard work he puts in when in shift . They know who they are .
