Overall had a great experience, rooms, facilities and service were on point. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, very well taken care of details and flavors. Our host, Pedro has amazing service skills, taking the experience above expectations.

Great area!! Cheap eats right around the corner., safe surroundings. Good breakfast! I go to managua twice a year and this is a great first for me. Will be back, 5 blocks from Los Ranchos, amazing meats!! Bella mi Managuita y el hotel Art esta divino. Gracias por su cortesia

This place was like a hidden gem inside the hustle and bustle of Managua. Looked like a beautiful Colonial home in Granada Nicaragua and the garden and pool area were amazing! BUT, the best part of this hotel is the staff!!! SPECIAL mention to Francisco at the Tikki Bar and Restaurant.... he knew our order every morning, always had a smile on his face and took great care of me while in the Pool/Garden. He even got us fresh papaya every morning....who does that??!! He is a special employee. Also, Denny who always remembered my drink orders and had the best suggestions and conversation! Very nice guy! :D Franklin also took great care of us during our stay and the House keeping staff Paola and Selena were the sweetest and kept our room clean ALWAYS! Alvaro and Francisco on security detail looked after our car parked right in front every night and took care of it like it was their own....they even washed it for us a few times....WOW! Thank you ALL for a great two week stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sulam Luxury because of the friendly, courteous, and very professional staff. The room and grounds were immaculate, their breakfast and coffee are very good, and  everything in the room works great, especially the A/C. The hotel is also located near various monuments, the beautiful Salvador Allende Port, and the great 4-floor Plaza Inter mall where you can do all kinds of shopping. Again, I highly recommend Sulam Luxury Hotel Nicaragua to everyone planning a trip to Managua.
