We booked this hotel because all of the hotels closer to the Utrecht train station were booked. We didn't know it was a holiday. But it was a great location for us, my relatives live just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Utrecht. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and park across the street. Late checkout, for a small fee, was nice.

I'd rate the location 11 out of 10 - it's the city centre, right in front of the central station, in the shopping mall where you can find everything. Several minutes walk to the Dom Tower. Room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. If I return to Utrecht, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is a relatively large hotel and at the time we were there, there were not too many people staying so it wasn't busy. The basic room was airy and had zircon if you needed it. I can't sleep with zircon on so slept with the window open. Location is easy to find and easily accessible. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold choice. Evening food was good too.

We had a great time here. The farm tour was a nice addition. The house is cozy and comfortable and the area is super quiet as there’s no neighbors around the farm. We rented bikes from Jeannette and did our traveling with them, Utrecht is 20 min bike ride and there’s a few restaurants a few mins bike ride away

The hotel itself is situated in a very beautiful area outside of Utrecht, I stayed during a cycle trip and found the cafe bar to be great for a place to relax, read my book and enjoy an evening meal. The breakfast was great too and the staff prepared me some warm gluten free bread which i greatly appreciated.

Location was in contrast to the Stayokay in Utrecht in the countryside. I was disappointed that I didn't sleep in main house.
