It was a really nice experience staying here. The capsules are bigger than I expected. There is also a space to stand so you don’t have to jump into bed when you enter. The beds are comfy. The lights are nice and the fact that you have an outlet near you is convenient. Capsules are well isolated, you don’t hear anything. They provide two sets of towels and robes. Bathrooms are cleaner than most hotels. Definitely worth it.

The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service. Supernova Hotel is such a cute place! we loved the decoration, so stylish! our bedroom was lovely, with gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed and huge window! it includes a desk area and coffee machine. Breakfast area is lovely and the food was too good, so yummy and they offer a huge variety. they have parking outside the hotel and a private one that you need to pay. Near to center city, good walk. Workers are amazing, 10/10! Always smiling, friendly and gentle. thank you to all of them for being so good with us!
