A fully equipped kitchen and other amenities made this stay worth noting. The scenery at Philipshaugen is magic and anyone staying there should take time to just 'watch the paint dry' outside... The team at Phillipshaugen goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. You immediately feel at home.

Very nice and cozy, fully renovated, wooden cabin located right next to the fjord. Idyllic view of the fjord and mountains surrounding the camping area. The owner was friendly and very helpful! The shared facilities were nice and clean. We had a fantastic stay!

Was doing a bike race and got delayed on the road. Check in stayed open until midnight, which was really 👍 👌. I was allowed to drag my bike caked in mud into the hotel reception and to be stored in a room on the ground floor. Well done. Not many other hotels would allow this.
