Everything, extremely kind and supportive staff, wonderful building in the center of Bergen. The hotel is a very special place, it is a monumental building, full of history, the property is managed by the family of Edward Grieg. We arrived a little earlier than the regular check in time, we were taken care of the waiting time, we had a beautiful room with a view of the city, breakfast was served in an amazing restaurant, big choice of food, everything delicious,. The hotel even has a small museum with Edward Grieg's memory that is so unique and creates a very special atmosphere. This hotel combines the heritage of one of Norway's greatest composers with modern, comfort and world-class service. Many thanks for amazing stay, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful, elegant room. Very opulent. Lovely location. Felt very special. Restaurant attached was also very good. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast felt very personalised.

This hotel excelled our expectations. Located in the heart of Bergen with all the most notable attractions within walking distance. The hotel had excellent design and the comfort of the room was like nothing we've experienced before. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help and the breakfast was amazing. I was supposed to stay in an Airbnb nearby but the key wasn’t in the key box so I booked this place very last minute at 21:30 at night and they had this room available and it was just perfect . Staff were nice, breakfast was excellent. Simple but good. Room and beds were very comfortable. It was also slightly lower priced than a hotel my aunt was staying in around the corner and where she had a terrible experience as well. Would definitely stay again.

Good location. Magic Hotel was real magical with the color, layout, decor, interior designing and lighting. Breakfast was super. Reception team - Lene, Christine, Lone & Frida were very courteous, helpful and always service with a smile. You are always greeted with a smile and Hi from all the staff of the Hotel. If we visit Bergen next time, It will sure be Magic once again.

It was so dreamy. Even the view from our window was picture perfect. What was very commendable was, everything including the buffet and facilities ticked every box in spite of the hotel not being too flashy but basic.
