My second time staying here, and like last time, it was amazing! Great location, very friendly and competent staff. The room was just right and very comfy, with an amazing view! Plus the restaurant_(and breakfast) is really amazing!

we spent 3 nights at lindas house and felt very welcome. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. The beds were realy comfortable. Linda and Kent are responding very fast and are always happy to help.

Nice place for a short stay.

Nice place for a short stay. Without a car you run out of options quickly. Smaller hiking trips and ski tours possible in the valley. Northern lights possible when there is no midnight sun. No supermarket in the village.

The cabin we stayed in was roomy, wonderfully provisioned, and exceptionally clean. The restaurant offers a full-selection breakfast buffet and a full-service dinner that includes a selection of regional fish deliciously prepared. The village is quaint and charming and has several local, short hikes that are walking distance from the hotel. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return someday to see the Northern Lights!

Mefjordvaer is absolutely beautiful, and within short drives...

Mefjordvaer is absolutely beautiful, and within short drives (< 1 hour on narrow winding roads) of many other beautiful places. We stayed for two days but if you like the outdoors there would be enough activity options for a week or more.

Very beautiful area on Senja, fantastic landscape and nature...

Very beautiful area on Senja, fantastic landscape and nature, the midnight sun is very beautiful, food in Mefjord Brygge is recommended, hiking on the Hesten with a view of the Segla is recommended, access via narrow roads and tunnels.

The most breathtaking sight was the Northern Lights.

The most breathtaking sight was the Northern Lights. All the landscapes are incredible, and even though the roads were covered in snow, they were easily passable. The boat trip through the fjord was very pleasant and highly recommended. We would have loved to go snowshoeing, but the weather wasn't suitable.

We loved the decor with its intricate details and history, the location, the restaurant, and the staff's attentiveness. Our only complaint is that the bed is a bit small for two people. Otherwise, we loved it and would have happily stayed a few more days.
