It was very hot in the room and the windows could not open enough to get some fresh air in. The kind person at the desk came to see how he could find a solution since there were no other rooms available. He gave us a fan and a mobile airco and some water. I was on the fifth floor and had great views out to sea. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and also a good size.
