Lovely hotel, very well placed. The beds were comfortable, good bathroom and very clean. Great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A nice hotel in the center with a nice bright and pretty clean room with a big bed, clean linings and towels. There are a kettle and teabags for making tea in the room. Nice and friendly stuff. Good breakfast for different tastes.

The "Parken" hotel might look a big like a klutz from the outside - but inside, it's very modern, airy, spacious and comfortable. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean - how much more can you ask for? The location is superb - centrally located as can be, anything within max. 10 minute walk. There's a parking garage under the hotel (with direct access to the lobby - very convenient with heavy suitcases!). Breakfast is plentiful, varied and very tasty - as always in Scandinavia. The staff was both professional and very friendly and approachable at the same time. All in all : this is really hard to top !

Quality Hotel Ålesund is centrally situated in the popular Skansekaia Harbour area, overlooking the sea and surrounding islands. It offers a private quay and rooms with free WiFi.

The hotel was perfectly located for exploring Ålesund and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor baths and the breakfast was excellent, catering to all tastes.

This hotel is in a quiet district of Spjelkavik, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Ålesund. It offers a free evening buffet Monday-Thursday as well as free WiFi and parking.

A very enjoyable stay. The bed was the most comfortable in Norway. The breakfast was also exceptional.

Cozy and pleasant room with sea view. Very friendly staff. A micro-shop right at the reception desk, so you can buy water, ice cream, cup noodles or coffee right there. An eclectic interior that mixes both modern clean Scandinavian look and old wooden elements. Top-notch breakfast, big choice of dishes for everyone, including lactose and gluten free options. And a pretty decent coffee that you can take away, this is good especially on sunny days, because the breakfast cafe has a big outside are with sea view. It is located basically at the city center, so you can explore everything on foot. All fjord marine sightseeing activities are also located nearby.

The house is really nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The lounge and bed were both very comfortable and there’s nice views from the deck. Ideally you would have a car as it’s a little way to the centre of town. Highly recommended!
