Everything was great, the room so comfy, very clean, the location was amazing, Such a beautiful place but the best thing was the staff, Dilips (the cook and the manager) amazing people, the rest of the staff as well, they helped me book everything, my guided tours with the best guide in town, they picked me up in the bus stop, everything was amazing ❤️ the foooood was insane!!! We spent three nights at the Chital Lodge and we just loved it. When we arrived, we were very warmely welcomed by Bishnu. We got delicious lunch (we had all meals at the lodge breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything was delicious) and went on a Jeep safari right away. It was amazing, the nature, the animals the sunset, it was a beautiful afternoon. The next day we went on a boat safari and walked through the National Park for the rest of the day. Bishnu is very experienced and therefore we felt very save and we saw a lot of animals and birds. It was an amazing experience. The last day we strolled through the village and had another Jeep safari after lunch. Throughout these days we saw many rhinos and baby rhinos. We saw monkeys and beautiful birds, deers, crocodiles and even a wild boar. We were looking for an experience away of the big tourist lodges/safaris and found a jewel. The accommodation is very basic, but we spent most of the time on safari or in the dining area anyway, where everyone meets. Thank you Bishnu and your family for this unforgettable experience.

We had the best time at the Hong Qi hotel. If you are looking to stay somewhere peaceful but not too far from the town then I highly recommend it. The Hong Qi hotel will loan you pushbikes free of charge so you have the opportunity to take a short but beautiful cycle ride into the town or you can cycle around the National park and fully immerse yourself into the beauty of the landscape and culture. Be prepared to cycle next to elephants! It was an experience we will never forget. Such a beautiful place and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Krishna and his team did a great job at making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. All the food was freshly prepared. There was a hot shower. Air con and a fan. A beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed longer than planned because it was so nice. We will definitely we back in future. Thank you Hong Qi hotel!
