Super location to walk to the temple and viewpoint with ease. In a strip of other hotels/cafe but quiet of an evening with wonderful views. Lovely family owned property who care and try hard to ensure a good stay in every way. We had hot water and heating in a cosy well appointed room with nice bed. Parking, accomodation and meal provided for our driver

My wife and I stayed here with our five year old daughter and were extremely happy with this hotel. All rooms are heated. Hot showers. Great location. Close walk to the temple. Amazing staff that were always willing to help out with anything. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The manager was very accommodating even providing food that catered for our diets. Made the stay very comfortable we had a good time to relax by the bonfire and the communal area in the centre was wonderful for our group to chill and chat. For a place like this in such a remote location we were skeptical but were very pleased with our stay.

- Delicious food (Tibetan bread!) - Hot showers in room - Small village location (local 600 y/o monastery is a MUST see!) - Lovely hosts - Near-by accessible trekking routes (Muktinath-Lubra-Kagbeni) - Readily available local health facilities (We got ill elsewhere! The doctor came to our room within 30 mins of asking, costing just Rs500 for the medicine) - Beautiful new sauna room with hot showers - Outstandingly featured building. Sunlight, comfortable communal areas

Owner was amazing and very welcoming. Not sure why there are bad reviews but they are not true. Gave us the info we needed for the area and drew maps for us when we went on a hike/walk to Dhumba Lake and helped to sort the bus ticket back to Pokhara. Beds were warm and the shower was lovely and hot, food was amazing and not too expensive plus the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again coming to Jomsom.

Muktinath is a last area of lower mustang.

Muktinath is a last area of lower mustang. So if u planned to go there don't stay at night and don't go alone. Reserve a car and go there with a group at the morning and then back in your hotel at the afternoon. If u wants to stay 1 night then stay at jomsom not in muktinath.

The village was very small and all other travellers were there for the temple which meant a lot to the visitors and they made us very welcome. Lots of good walking to be had but not a lot open in the village as it was out of season . Must mention Bob Marley bar and restaurant- food was excellent

Muktinath is a very spiritual place, with the energy really high. The people are very friendly. Slow walk up the stairs to the main temple area as air is thinner but the views and the 108 Dhara bathing was incredible.
