From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. All the staff, especially the owner, go out of their way to meet every wish. There is also a restaurant in the property which offers a variety of food and drinks at good prices. The most important fact is that the owner goes out of his way to organise safaris and other activities available in the area. The location is also excellent, as it is on the outskirts of the town and offers a quiet stay and a good night's sleep. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

I truly couldn’t have had a better time at Tiger Den, I was made to feel like a part of the family. They all went above and beyond to integrate me into the town and culture. Ram organised the guided walks and night tower and transport for me so my time there so so easy and magical! You may even see a rhino walking down the street beside the hotel! I was so lucky to have found this gem of a place, I highly recommend.

I had stayed here before a couple of years ago and it was excellent. It was the same this time. The manager really looks after you, and looks out for you. I am an amateur painter, and he even found me some studio/workspace. The food was very good, the rooms are modern and clean. I find the lodge just the right distance from the main center.

The place is just perfect for your stay in Sahaura! The room I stayed is basic but nice and clean, you can have hot water and mosquito net for bed. The family is so sweet, friendly and welcoming! They even helped me booking the bus to go to Katmandu and reaching the bus station the last day with the scooter. Super recomended!
