It was immaculate. Everything is brand new, the carpets and towels are plush, the room is soundproof and the bed very comfy. I had the best nights sleep in a long time . The bathroom is beautiful with good shower and quality fittings Lots of extras- nice biscuits, great selection of teas. Big bottles of good brand shampoo and body wash . Well worth the money
