The reception staff were welcoming and friendly the shared kitchen was modern clean and tidy (it could have done with an extra toaster) having just the one. We were in room 312 which was a little larger than the others having a single bed in it as well but was warm and comfortable.

This property is absolutely stunning. The location is fabulous with amazing view and only the sound of sheep and birds. Well equipped with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. There is also a great BBQ out on the deck.

A cosy cabin, very comfortable. Unexpected views down to the river & beach. Great place to explore the Caitlins from. Our hosts Fergus & Mary were brilliant & made us feel very welcome. A very interesting couple to chat to, and a pleasure looking at Fergus's beautiful artwork. We'd be very happy to stay there again.

The cabin was great. Everything we needed for our stay. David was great, extremely flexible, and helpful. Four-legged visitors were a bonus. Amazing views, native bird sounds, and sighting of wood pigeons. The store/ eatery down the road had great food. Location to the rest of The Catlins was awesome. Definitely will be returning ☺️
