Property was in a fantastic location near all of the major Rotorua tourist spots. It had a fantastic view of the geysers in Te Puia. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with en suites. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cold meats and cheeses and fresh toast / breads. Dave and Shami were excellent hosts. They gave great advice as to where to go / what to do. They made us a lovely cup of tea / coffee in the morning. They were so welcoming upon arrival and wished us safe travels on our departure. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for having us! :)

Great place to stay. Had everything you need and a great view of the lake. More than enough space for our group, and space to store our golf clubs in the garage. The spa was a fantastic bonus at the end of each day
