You need to be into fishing I think.
You need to be into fishing I think. We enjoyed the walks but there's little to do otherwise if you don't have a boat.
However if you like to put your feet up, read a book and playboard games, its OK

Wonderful sleepy hollow.
Wonderful sleepy hollow. Great bakery with good coffee in town. The community put on an AMAZING fireworks at NYrs. Really cool and lovely family vibe. Hot water beach is AMAZING. Such a huge piece of coastline and beach.....join the others in digging your hole to find the best hot sopts. Thanks Kawhia. Cannot wait to come back.

Peaceful, not crowded. Local people very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful place
Great takeaways and we'll stocked grocery store.
Hot water beach was great.
Good outdoors activities, fishing,swimming, kayaking etc and fantastic environment to just sit read, relax
