The room was really big and comfortable, it had a few coffes and tea. I didn't take the option of breakfast as i find it a little overprice for a breakfast (but I didn't check the quantity of quality of it). The location was good, could be better. I arrived to the Aiport and took the AX BUS from the airport (10nzd) to the Railway Station and walk like 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is big, prety, clean and the staff really kind, they allow me to do check-in 30 minutes before the time.

The menu was simple and excellent. They need to ge a bar t license to serve alcohol and open restaurant to public room's abit out dated, especially the kitchenette. Uodate the stove and inside of kitchen cupboards need refurbishing toilet area needs to have a fan extractor. Staff are awesome and cater to your needs. Location of accommodation is handy to city airport and local supermarkets. Over it was an excellent and pleasant stay. Thank you, Michelle Jamaima, awesome chef PJ and housekeeping crew, making our stay like we were part of the CLM, and shall be back Room 211

This was the best place that I stayed at in NZ. I'm sure if you stay here you will agree with me. View was amazing , it's close to the inter island ferry terminal. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor of a villa in Thorndon, located next to the German Embassy. The bedroom was large and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. A second room used as lounge (technically well equipped) and a seperate bathroom were also on the first floor and to be used solely by us. The villa is located close to Old St. Pauls and the Government area and a 20 minute walk away from the city center with the wharf, points of interest, museums and shopping-opportunities. Ross is a very nice host and gave us very helpful advice as well as excellent recommendations (e.g. where to go for dinner ;o)) We had an excellent stay and - if travelling to Wellington again - will definitely try to stay at Ross's place again!

The one car parking for one bed didn't exist so one had to...

The one car parking for one bed didn't exist so one had to park outside the subdivision. I had no issues but I probably wouldn't have stayed there if I had realized the parking was like that. I was offered a microwave which I didn't take but would if staying there as only food related facility was the kettle. It was difficult to shave and do teeth in the small bathroom sink BUT the facilities were brand new and very nice. I didn't see Tunde while staying there only his wife briefly. It is a nice subdivision and feels safe. I would recommend as long as people understand about the parking. I ate in Petone shops both fish and chips and Indian and they were very good. One can walk to the shops but at night best to drive - cold and sometimes wet when I was there.
