This older farmhouse is spacious, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hosts provided complementary local produce, which felt very welcoming. There was plenty of room for family members to park. The rural outlook and views of the Rangititkei cliffs contributed to a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in and around Mangaweka.

Flat Hills Tourist Park is located on State Highway 1 in the beautiful Rangitikei Valley. Free private parking is available on site. All units have a flat-screen TV.

I wished, we could have stayed longer for relaxing and exploring this rural area. Sue and David are wonderful attentive and communicative hosts speaking reliable German and French. They made their house our home for 1 night. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. All was simply perfect, the location, the personal, the Room. It was like a dream cabin in the middle of a beautiful farm.

Location surrounded by the cows was great. Lovely views of the fields and hills. So many added touches from the host as well. Wish we would have stayed more than one night.
