Super friendly hosts who showed us around their herb garden and explained lots about the lavender farm and we were able to walk around the grounds. Kitchenette equipment meant we could cook meals which was a bonus, and TV etc. helped in the wet weather. Lovely cat on the property (but not in the studio) as well which we loved. Testers for the lavender products were so cute!

Great location and very affordable for a large group, had everything you needed. We were the only family there, the trampoline and swings was a hit for the children while we were busy setting up the rooms and also cooking our breakfast the next morning

    I might be a bit bias because I grew up in this area.... so...

    I might be a bit bias because I grew up in this area.... so I know the area really well and knew what to expect. I loved the view of the Mountain (Maunga Taranaki) from the property. Hawera (closest town) was close enough for me..... The country surroundings and country air will always settle me... Close enough to the Mountain... Okaiawa has changed alot since I was last there... not for the better... Progress for some.... not so much for others...
