Queenstown is a perfect central spot for all activities you may wish to do in the area. Shopping is very touristy and exy. Beautiful views and scenery around lake. Fave places, TSS Earnslaw cruise and dinner. Gondola and luges fun. Drive to Glenorchy beautiful, found a little garden treasure at the Dream garden lodge on this drive. Nice hearty dinner at the Pog Irish pub.

I have been to Queenstown many times, so it is about picking the things you like to do. We were only there for a couple of days (as part of a wider trip). I could recommend Better by Bike - picking up e-bikes at Arrowtown and riding to Gibbston Valley, having lunch and then return. 30kms round trip on the Queenstown trail. Easy bike trail with stunning scenery.

Since we were last there, Queenstown has become overcrowded and difficult to get around. Traffic was generally a nightmare, with very little parking. We went to Queenstown mainly to take the TSS Earnslaw cruise and barbecue. It did not disappoint and made the detour worthwhile.

Queenstown was by far the busiest place we stayed at over our 2 weeks journey. Plenty of places to eat and things to do in the town and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the Saturday Market down by the lake and seeing local artisans display their work. just make sure you have a healthy budget to enjoy all the opportunities on offer.

Great little town with exceptional views of the mountains every which way you go. Snow capped meant they were picture perfect. Weather was warmer than expected. Stunning day drives to Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Kingston

Fantastic hotel in a top notch location. Very friendly staff and very clean. Laundromat in the hotel made things very comfortable for us as well. Perfect location within walking distance from the town centre and most of the highlights of Queenstown. Nice comfortable beds in the room we booked with a comfortable night's sleep for our family of 4. If you are driving, do be mindful of the limited parking lots and talk to the hotel staff in advance and they will be glad to help.

Excellent accommodation, the room was clean, comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Short walk to the centre of the town. There is a bit of a hill walking back to the hotel. It was not a problem for us. Staff were great very helpful & friendly. Will definitely book again if traveling to Queenstown.

This hotel was great value for more money. Central location off the main road to Queenstown. The view is stunning. The bathroom is modern and clean. I would be happy to stay here again. Parking was reasonably easy. Potentially a little tight if you have a large vehicle.
