Bilel at front desk was very very kind. We appreciated the big rooms, good shower and place to put our bikes. Breakfast was delicious and it was very dry good value.

İt was unforgettable hosting i will never forget it, the owner is a great person, he didn't just host us but also invited us for coffee , fruits to his office and gave me some gifts, also we felt Omani hospitality deeply!! He is an educated, generous and kindhearted. Also the room was very modern, new and super clean one, has swimming pool, beautiful garden. Feel free to book it!!

Lovely chalet, with a neat enclosed courtyard, completely as described. Parking in the courtyard. Swimming pool. A whole pack of bottled drinking water. Very friendly host, you can see he has a heart for the chalet and the guests. Sent a list of sights, clearly explained that on jebel ash sham can go up on 2d (we saw how frightened by forums tourists went several kilometers on foot), and then separately asked if we all ok. Chalet is in the old town, right behind the wall. The price/quality ratio is excellent, I recommend it. We regret that we stayed only one night.

Great location right next to the old fort. Easy to find and had parking right by hotel. Great cafe attached. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast choices were awesome!

We were made so very welcome by the property owner, Aziz. Excellent communication prior to arriving and greeted upon our arrival. The garden house is an oasis of calm and perfectly appointed. A lovely garden area to relax in with a small pool. The interior is very well and comfortably furnished. This property met and exceeded our expectations.

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. This is a really lovely hotel in a fantastic position just above the old town. Easy walking distance to the cafes. Our room was fantastic - with a wonderful balcony over-looking the mountain. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Service was really good. Can not recommend enough.

Great Location; beautiful view; good breakfast; very very friendly and helpful owner. My little daughter and I got sick and the very young owner Hamza did everything possible to make us feel better and comfortable, checking on us often, providing medicine and making sure we could extend our stay nearby. He really is always with his guests making sure everyone is fine, he seems to be one heart and one soul with this place.
