Really beautiful and polite staff. They're exceptional. We had breakfast and dinner included. Highly recommend this rate if you can get it. The dinner buffet was amazing. It will save you a fortune. We were upgraded to a suite by the lovely check in staff. We did pay 50aud for early check in at 6am. The pool is lovely but the water was far too hot to enjoy. There is a hot spa as well. The temperature outside in late May is high 30s, a cool pool would be lovely but unfortunately the water was unpleasantly hot. The hotel is new, spacious and impeccably clean.

Clean, modern, spacious, and well designed. Lots of natural light come in through big windows. We had an especially comfortable bed, and the windows had blackout curtains, so it was hard to get out of bed! Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. Lots of free underground parking. 100% recommend!

The hotel met our expectations, the rooms are of the right size, comfortable beds, welcome kit (coffee, tea, water, refilled every day), daily cleaning, great breakfast buffet, quiet neighborhood (embassy area :), close to the sea, in a straight line close to a restaurant, hypermarket and other shops (10-15 minutes on foot, via an overground passage, leave the car in the garage in the evening because of traffic jams)... we didn't use the swimming pool, but it's there and it looks ok ;)
