We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the stay so much, such a special place!! The host was the very best representative for the friendly Omani people. He took us for sightseeing to some beautiful stops to get the views of this old and genuin town, told us about the culture, served us tea and cakes on our little picninc. This was the most special day to remember from our trip to Oman! We loved the rooms, clean and beautiful, very good beds, you have very nice seating areas outside the rooms, barbeque and kitchen to share with orher guests, playground for children and even landryroom if you need washing your clothes. Wish we had planned more days here! Absolutely want to come back for a longer stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the village is absolutely stunning. Getting to the hotel was a bit of an adventure, but definitely doable and worth it. The rooms were well-equipped, especially considering the remote location. The food was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Nizwa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very nice and welcoming and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. We loved the building, it’s new yet has an authentic feel to it and still undergoing some renovations however this didn’t impact our stay at all. The room and bathroom was spotless with bedsheets and towels smelling nice and fresh too. The beds were very comfy and we slept perfectly. Big spacious room with a good aircon. Outside there is a garden area, a private drive for cars to park and an upstairs terrace with nice views of the sunset sky. The location is perfect, quiet and calm yet still only 5 minutes away from the fort and touristic areas. If I am ever back in Nizwa I would definitely stay here again.

The charm of the hotel and the sorrounding properties was amazing. Hussain from house keeping/reservation was excellent and even went out of his way to guide us so we did not get lost. The Halwa, Omani Coffee and Dates at check-in/check-out was a lovely touch. Close proximity to the Nizwa Fort, Souq and Mosques.
