The location is very good, in the center of Ruwi, close to the bus station, shopping centers, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very rich and with a large selection, mainly Indus and Arabic dishes, which were very tasty. The hotel also has a decent gym and a nice rooftop pool.

Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. Thanks to Hanni and his team..

The best sunset view in Muscat! This hotel is a gem, great pool, good food (with friday’s a sea food buffet I’ve never experienced the likes of it in another hotel!), comfortable rooms, but best of all : fantastic personnel! They upgraded us twice (we stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our holidays), our last day they arranged a room free of charge for a late check out at 6pm! Special thanks to Najiya, you helped made our stay exceptionnal! Don’t hesitate and book this hotel, you won’t be dissapointed!

When we arrived on the 12/26 afternoon, the reception team welcomed us with a big contagious smile. They gave us all the information needed, as well as recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious with various choices and the stuff there was really polite and always at your disposal. Overall we had an amazing time there and we hope to come back soon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We always felt we were cared for. The restaurant and breakfast options at the hotel were also exceptional. The best was the location - close to the beach but secluded enough for a calm atmosphere.

The hotel has great location in Mutrah, so restaurants, cafés, Mutrah Souq and waterfront promenade is in very short walking distance. The room was spacious (we had a room with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons). Very comfortable beds, good bathroom. Very good breakfast, the breakfast room is also a café with good offer of coffees and teas. Very kind and helpful staff. The parking can be an issue if you come later afternoon, but if you come until 3 / 4pm, there is no problem to park next to the hotel.
