Highly recommended Hotel. Confortable, clean modern rooms, kind staff. Good location, specially to reach by car other parts of the city (or even to arrive/leave Muscat without many traffic). I even arrived directly from the airport by bus plus 18/20 minutes walking (taking bus 8 till Al Khuwair souq stop).

Everything! It was elegant, well designed, immaculate and smelt amazing. The service was consistently excellent, from the check-in to the cleaning team, everyone at all of the restaurants and around the pool. Our room was beautiful, and spacious with excellent facilities.

Our first visit to Oman and Muscat and I would say, without a doubt, the very best place to stay there. The hotel was superb from beginning to end and a lovely, helpful, welcoming and accommodating staff. We booked a premium room with balcony and Seaview, and it certainly did not disappoint. It had great facilities, was cleaned and attended to daily, and was spotless. It had a super balcony, with chairs and footstools to relax in the evening time. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety of cooked and fresh produce on offer each day. We ate in both Come Prima Italian Restaurant and Dukes Bar Restaurant in the evenings and the food was delicious, with great service also. The shuttle bus, which takes you into town either in the morning or evening is very useful, as parking is at a premium in the old city, although we did drive in on one evening and got lucky with a parking space on the Corniche. We used the shuttle on our first evening to go visit the Mutrah Souq and it was so convenient. The pools and sunbeds are fantastic, allowing for a very relaxing time during the day if you wish to just pass away the hours soaking up the sun. The private beach, accessible by a set of steps, is also quite secluded. Would definitely recommend this hotel for any stay in Muscat. While it is classified 4*, it has everything that would merit 5"! We enjoyed every moment. A memorable break in Oman.

​Staying at this hotel felt like living in the beautiful old Oman era. I absolutely loved the authentic design featuring charming details like wooden roofs, lumber beds, stone sinks, magnificent log reception desk and the massive Castle in the middle. ​The hospitality was just as impressive. The staff were incredibly polite, and the reception was open 24 hours, making us feel very cared for. The cafe serves high-quality coffee, I particularly loved the Cappuccino and Mocha. ​Breakfast was exceptionally tasty with very fast servicel. I highly recommend ordering the Omani tray it was delicious.

The hotel is not too close to the airport if you have only a short layover. But it is in the middle of the distance from the airport to the center of the city, so going to the Grand Mosque or Murah Souq Bazaar is quite convenient. The rooms are very new and clean and the staff are super nice and helpful. I asked for a converter and the room service appeared at my door after a minute to help me plug my electronic devices to charge. Oh Oman people are sooo nice and friendly. The taxi driver who drove me to the airport even texted me to say good bye and hope that I will visit Oman again (as I stayed for only 1 day). What a lovely country! I love them.
