Valentin and his family where extremely welcoming. We had the best night of our holidays in Perù, the bed was so confortable. The little village of Llachon which can be reached with a little walk, is very cute and away from any touristic agitation. The food they serve is amazing too! To be short, don’t hesitate and stay at la Casa de Valentin, it’s perfect 👍🏻

My stay at Amantani Lodge was outstanding. Henry and Mariluz provided exceptional hospitality and service, and the delicious meals were definitely a highlight. They were very accommodating and helped with all my transportation and other needs. The room was fantastic, featuring hot water, clean towels, comfortable mattresses, and cozy duvets that were perfect for the cold. The view was incredible, and I experienced the best starry sky of my life. All these elements combined made my stay at their lodge a dream, offering both comfort and warmth on the island. I absolutely adored my short stay here. We had a warm, very comfortable studio with a part glass roof and one glass wall leading onto the terrace on the shore of Titicaca. Needless to say the view was incredible and the night stars and moon just beautiful. The studio has a great bathroom with a bath and lots of hot water and shampoo and conditioner which we were not carrying so it was greatly appreciated. The desk are just inside the window could be separated from the bedroom area by curtains thus allowing for different sleeping rhythms. The evening meal was delicious and above local standard. The family were so friendly and welcoming and we loved dressing up in local costume with Hope and Emma the young daughters and going for a short walk with them and Nick, the dog.

The property is very well kept and clean. It has amazing views of the Laguna and is sheltered from the wind. The rooms are cosy and there is plenty of space to relax. The meals are delicious and generous portions. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again in the future if we return.

Wonderful place. Our hosts were inpecable, and the island is a magical place. Would recommend for anyone to at least spend a night in Taquiles; a 2 hour tour simply is not enough.
