We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire organization of the place ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out to us was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. He welcomed us warmly, even offered us a free beer on arrival, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. After our tour on the last day, even though we had already checked out, he kindly let us use the showers before we left for the bus terminal. That kind of generosity really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding service!

The breakfast was good - fresh bread, eggs, avocado, amazing fruit bowls and fresh juice. The staff were very helpful and accomodating - all our extra requests (storing luggage, using the restaurant space for an online meeting after we checked out etc) were accommodated and the room was super comfortable - large comfy bed and good bedding and excellent shower, all in the context of a beautiful environment. Just across the river and a short walk to the Plaza de Armas, the location worked well for us.

Good location. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Dinner was also good. Hummingbirds at breakfast. The hotel also provided breakfast packs when we left on early trips and even on our early checkout.

The terrasse on top has an amazing view! Even though the hotel is directly at the main square, the rooms were quiet and the outside noise was not notable in the hotel.
